Customer: Hi, my credit card statement is showing a ten-dollar charge from your company. Could you check for me, please?
顧客:嗨,我的信用卡月結單上有一項10元的費用是你們公司向我索取的。勞駕,可以幫我查一下嗎?

Customer Service: Sure, what is your address?
服務員:可以,請問您的地址是什麼?

Customer: 1610 Cole Drive, Hampton.
顧客:1610 高街,漢蒲頓。

Customer Service: And your name?
服務員: 您的名字呢?

Customer: Han Wang.
顧客:王漢。

Customer Service: Okay, the record shows that you joined our club in March, and so we started charging you membership fee of ten dollars per month.
服務員:好,我們的紀錄上顯示您在3月裡參加了我們俱樂部,所以我們就開始每個月向你索取10元的會員費。

Customer: Really? I don’t understand. I didn’t join any shopping club…

Customer Service: Would you like to cancel your membership?

Customer: Yes, please.

Customer Service: Okay, your membership is now canceled. You will not be
charged any further.

Customer: What about the money that you have already charged me?
顧客:那麼你們已經向我索取了的錢 呢?

Customer Service: Since you haven’t used any of our services, would you like a refund?
服務員:既然您沒有用過我們的服務,您想要退款嗎?

Customer: Is that possible? That would be great. Thank you so much.
顧客:可以嗎?那就最好了。非常謝謝你。

Customer Service: Not a problem. I will refund ten dollars back to your credit card. Is there anything else I can do for you?
服務員:沒問題。我會把10元退回您的信用卡上。還有什麼我能幫助您的呢?

Customer: No, thank you. That will be all.
